Each year the arrival of Spring signals it's time. Time to rise from hibernation, throw open the windows and prepare for a season of family, friends and entertaining. It's the perfect time to get your home in order, give it a little revamp and a lot of love and care. Start by making yourself a list (sometimes a nice long list!). Include all those niggly little jobs that have been screaming for you to attend to. Make a plan, get quotes and secure Tradies early - the best will be booked far in advance - avoid the disappointment of the pre-Christmas rush. Overhaul time! Critically segment your interiors and furnishings into KEEP, FIX, RECYCLE. Identify areas within your home that could benefit from a revamp. Incorporate the latest SS 2010/11 trends throughout your home. Add a splash of colour with gorgeous Gelato hues - Coral, Kiwi, Watermelon and Lime.Pantone colour of 2010, Turquoise, will be huge! Along with animal motifs, botanical prints and typography which will be seen across a myriad of decorating pieces.Energise living spaces with new cushions, throws and wall hangings.  Update bedrooms and bathrooms with fresh new linen. Have some fun with entertaining. Select bright bamboo or resin decorative bowls, platters, baskets and vases for an instant injection of life and colour this spring.
