ELEMENT ON COOLUM

A portfolio consisting of one, two and three bedroom self contained apartments, along with a spacious penthouse, situated within Coolum's only five star resort apartment complex - Element on Coolum. Using contemporary splashes of vibrant colour, plenty of oversized sofa seating, durable Australian made furniture pieces, bold screenprints by Surface Art and upholstery finishes in textiles conducive to lazing about after a day in the surf and sand. The apartment fitouts were designed to offer a funky alternative, yet relaxing environment, for guests wanting to enjoy a beachside escape.

The penthouse offered a little more elegance still with the vibrance and colour Watermelon Red are reknown for. An eye catching abstract artwork by local artist Howard Sharp showcased a refreshing palette of citrus and vivid pinks and features as the centre piece to the open plan living spaces. Married with solid, sleek wenge stained furniture by Australian designers Zuster, a custom upholstered bench seat and designer classic, the Eames chair was used to blend social capabilities with the owners love of quality designer pieces.
